Story:
Before: The original master bathroom was large, but poorly laid out, and only accessible down a long hallway.
After: A striking and elegant master bathroom with a natural transition from the master bedroom.
Hightlights:
- Calcutta marble tile in a basketweave pattern blends well with the limestone countertops
- Linear shower drain allows for an uninterrupted marble shower floor
- Three expertly crafted pocket doors take up only the space inside the wall, for a bathroom unencumbered by doors
- Undermount tub with a generous limestone tub deck to display sculpture and plants, and provide seating
- Waterworks clear crystal shower faucet, tub faucet, and sink faucet
- Electric in-floor heat with digital programmable thermostat
- Geberit wall mounted commode is visually appealing and aids in cleaning
- Locally crafted and custom built cabinetry
- Custom mirrors with Hudson Valley mounted sconces
- Heavy glass custom shower door allows the limestone tub deck and Calcutta marble to be visually uninterrupted
